He was polite, caring, knowledgeable and patient with my mom who is new to the facility. She felt truly at home for the first time!! Made her day much brighter. Also, the dinning supervisor came over and introduced herself recognizing that my mom was new. It was very welcoming to have that experience knowing mom is cared for when I'm not on property 😁 10 out of 10 👏🏻
My mom moved here to independent living. She is very social so she absolutely loves she has made lots of new friends.She moved from Indiana and she is 90. It was nice she lives closer to me and doesn't feel like a burden to us.she tells everyone it's like living in a resort.the first photo is her new friend the second is my mom with my sister walking down the hallway.the grandkids love going to visit nana here.
Blessings. Love it here . First impression front desk staff eg Derick professional , nurse /lead med tech Mrs. Andrea and CNA Aunnie/ Aundra were very helpful and courteous / staff . Fresh smell throughout the entire facility. Thank you good job. Will recommend my parents to stay here.

Absolutely horrible! Several staff members are unprofessional. Facility is dirty. Smells like pee. Pictures on website are NOT what the entire facility appears to be. My loved one was taken to the hospital by ambulance and I was not contacted until 2 hours later!!! Would not recommend this place!
Wouldn’t recommend nobody to send a family to this facility The rehab side . Some of the staff was great, but this place is all over the place
Everyone was so nice, polite and respectful. The staff shows joy on the job. So assuring. Thank you for your time and patience.
This place is awful . Do not come here run the other way. They never come when you call it maybe up to 2 hours. CNA don’t speak English I. Can’t understand and they can’t understand me. Only been here a few days. Worst nightmare of assisted living.
Pretty good, even though a couple times people were upset because we kept having to put on these gloves and coveralls. They were low short old patients with us.
