2.2 · 5 reviewsHORRIBLE!!! They let this African American woman harass people at 4 way intersection between Horton Rd and State Rd 60! After 9pm... It's always an African American woman wearing a white shirt, waving down vehicles and blocking the intersection to get on 60... I almost hit her!!!!! Next time, she might end up getting hit! WATCH YOUR PATIENTS!!!
They let their mental patients harass the locals at the 4ways and local police and their employees won't do anything about it. Not only do I suggest avoiding this home I'd avoid the area. The people here are mentally inept as well as the employees letting them loose at 11pm at night

I'VE JUST MOVED HERE AND I'M STILL STRUGGLING TO ADJUST TO THIS PLACE UNTIL I CAN FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE AS AN INDEPENDENT ADULT.
