This is a by far the top of the line Memory Care home . It’s difficult to find the words of praise that match these professionals. They are thee most kind caring people. It’s like they were hand picked for each individual who is fortunate enough to reside here, It’s a lovely home like setting, wonderful karma. I can go through my day knowing my loved one is happy
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who sometimes accompanies my musician husband- Andy Costantini- when he performs for many different locations such as memory care, assisted living and independent living. On Christmas Eve (afternoon) I felt amazed and delighted at the beautiful decorations and structure of this facility! Following the tour, I felt connected and impressed with the staff, especially Wanda-Barbara-and all the others too! I highly recommend this awesome little "city" to any new residents seeking excellence with Memory Care and with Caring!

We selected Certus In Dr. Phillips to take care of my mother in law. With her dementia advancing she has become more solitary and a little difficult to deal with. This is a new facility and everything is sparkling. Everyone was really nice and professional. We were worried when we had to go out of town for 11 days as she was new to the facility and coordination with her hospice services can be challenging. When we returned we found mom engaged, happy, and organized. All the staff called her by her name and hugged when they saw her. It was kind of overwhelming how good the care was and really felt like was at home. Additionally, the hospice had been a little challenging coordinating her medications, but the nurse had been very persistent in following up with them and making sure it was delivered on time. So glad we chose this home away from home for mom!
Beautiful community with all the amenities. The staff is exceptionally caring and amazing. Donna, Carol & Nneka are the best!
Came to check out the facility and get a tour. Loved everything about the place and everyone was happy to be here. Nee Nee is great and will help you with your needs.
