WONDERFUL FACILITY. MY SISTER WAS THERE FOR YEARS, THIS WAS THE FIRST HOME SHE LOVED, SHE HAD BEEN IN OTHERS AND WAS NOT SATISFIED. SHE HAS SINCE PASTED BUT SHE WAS WITH PEOPLE SHE LOVED. RECOMMEND IT TO ANY FAMILY THAT HAS THIS NEED. THEY GAVE SERVICE UP AND ABOVE.
Great Assited Living community. Mike the owner is so helpful and always does the right thing the client. Great care at an affordable price in Punta Gorda.

My brother was in Alder Terrace, and loved it. The manager and staff accommodated all his needs. The activities were great as well. The food my brother said was the best he ever had. The managers were always there and always answered the phones. I have had my brother in several places over the years and by farAlder is the all round thumbs up. Best of all everyone was always friendly. I wish all asst. living facilities took the interest and care like Alder.
My momma and a couple of other residents were relocated from their ALF after hurricane Ian. Alder Terrace welcomed them with LOVING OEN ARMS!!!! It was a wonderful experience for them. They felt like they were on a vacation. Never even thought about the damage from the hurricane. The staff was absolutely amazing. Loving and kind. Treated like family. I can't thank Mike and his wonderful staff enough. They turned a scary situation into a positive experience. God bless all of you!! I highly recommend this assisted living as an extension of home. Clean and homey in a great way.

My mom is in Alder Terrace. I'm very satisfied with them. I have no idea about the food, but she hasn't complained about anything. There's individual living quarters for everybody. They have large and small rooms. Hers is on the smaller side, it's what she can afford, but it's very adequate for her needs. It's an open floor plan, so would you go inside, there's an open area where they have their living room type area, couch and chairs and television, and then over from there is tables and chairs for dining. It's a large, open area all in the same area. It is just one big room and then it goes off in different directions to the individual living quarters. It's a smaller place, but it is very adequate. Right now, the activities are limited because of the COVID. Before that, they had people that would come in and they would have like exercises that they would assist them with, entertainment, people would come in and sing, and different things like that. Right now, they're just limited on what they can do. The price is very reasonable. It's one of the reasons that we put her there in the first place. It suited our needs as far as what she needed, and it's probably more economical than most.
My mom is a resident of Alder Terrace.She is and always has been a super sweet mom always caring for her family. It's a transition not only as we get older but for knowing your loved ones need more.As we visit my mom in her home at Alder Terrace we are greeted with smiles and waves from the residents there. It's like a big family.Clean and rooms are very nice.Meals are prepared by a very good chef.Mom enjoys and eats very well there. I can't say enough nice things about the staff.You can see their caring and they listen to the residents and make them smile,know just what to do and give attention to all.My mom has her medicines taken care of.She always looks so pretty.Her needs are definitely met. She calls Alder Terrace home. The residents and their families had a beautiful Thanksgiving and Christmas together. A nice time being together.Alder Terrace has given myself and my husband and our family happiness knowing that mom is in a safe and caring place and seeing her smile is so great.Thank you Alder Terrace.Carol Simone and family
