The food was very good; creatively planned and well-prepared. Brookdale Point West is under the guidance of committed professionals who manage an excellent group of dedicated employees.
Good value and friendly staff.
To be fair, [name removed] went there for a respite, we had lost our home in the hurricane. She had early onset Alzheimer's at the time. And her condition was not as bad as the other patients. There was a too much paperwork for me to read and sign for a respite. I don't think they were prepared for a respite stay. I paid in advance for her time there, and I kept getting bills after we left for her stay. After many calls to the main office it was finally taken care of by [name removed] at Brookdale. It was frustrating they would lower from [fee removed] to [fee removed] then to lower fees,…

They are great. It's like a 5 star hotel. There is no yucky smell. It always smells good. It is so clean! The people that work there are nice!
This is a very pleasant facility. The staff is attentive to the residents. The facility is clean, the food is delicious.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Top-notch decorations to feel like a homestyle holiday. And, the good! Real home-cooked wholesome food. We enjoyed our afternoon celebrating with Mom. Thank you very much for your loving care of occupants.

The staff were very friendly and shown a lot of care for the people were. Everyone seemed to be in a wonderful mood and has great attritive the entire visit.
