We had a really quick turnaround to move my mother here from out of state and Lynne jumped in and made things happen. She has great relationships and connections with other departments, so she was able to get us answers to all our questions and take the necessary actions. Such a relief! We couldn't have done it without her support, experience, and reassurance. She answered my emails and texts on days, nights, and weekends. Thank you, Lynne!
I found this place to be truly delightful and accommodating. I met with Rhody Richardson (a true gem) and he was knowledgeable and understanding for our situation trying to find the right place for my Aunt. I would recommend working with Brookdale and Rhody especially for placement of your loved one. They have a lot to offer.
Highly recommend this Assisted Living facility AAA++++ Rhody answered all my questions and made the transition easy moving my mother down from New York. Mom was so comfortable moving into her new home that she played the piano in the lobby on her very first day.

My mom and I took a tour of Brookdale last week and it was wonderful! Not only were they so polite and kind, they had lunch made for us and had wonderful Brookdale-ambassadors, who are residents, to sit with us and chat about how they liked Brookdale. Tiffany gave us a splendid tour, Nancy (the executive director) was extremely personable, everyone was so friendly, the place is immaculate and very homey. It is also very close to our home which made it a prime candidate. We were deciding between two assisted living facilities over the weekend. My mom chose a different facility because there was a kitchenette in the bedroom which Brookdale had not currently available. I would recommend Brookdale for a tour to definitely check it out!
Mom wasn't there long enough to experience the activities and meals and dining experience. Everyone was WONDERFUL!!! From the Director to [name removed] to the Care Team. My mom was only there for about 12 hours before she had to be taken to the hospital. She passed 10 days later.
Everyone from [name removed] at reception to Samantha the activities director continuing to [name removed] the general Manager and all the aides, cooks, nurses are amazing! A super clean environment with something always planned for the residents. I have spent many many hours there visiting with mom and some of the residents, we have become family. I’m grateful for each and everyone one of them!
[name removed] worked with me to find places in my area that were in our price range. She provided the information for Brookdale Dr. Phillips and [name removed] reached out right away to schedule a visit and answer any questions. We took our tour and made me feel beyond comfortable with the staff and facility. I stopped looking after this visit. They coordinate events, schedule trips to the store, coordinate appointments, and most importantly they provide excellent care. I visit frequently and feel at home. If I have any questions I call and I am helped. My dad is not adjusting well as he wants to be back home, but needs more care than can be provided at home. While I was there yesterday I was told they are continuing to try and get him to engage and leave his room. They aren’t giving up! They want him to feel at home. I feel he is in a safe place with great people.
I visited a friend who was at Brookdale for several years and was always pleased with the facilities, staff, and residents. I attended some of the holiday parties. In Dec. 2025, I took a tour in anticipation of moving a relative to Brookdale. It continues its high standards of care. The staff say hello to everyone and make it a point to get to know them. I would be very comfortable having someone I know live at this Brookdale location.
