The staff are very caring, attentive, and kind. The facility is very well run, maintained, and clean. My family member enjoys the meals, activities, and care from all the staff.
As a third party provider that service senior living community. I will seldom say this. This community is the cleanest place I’ve ever served. The building, common area are given that should be clean. But when you enter individual apartments, that’s when you can really see it. All the apartments are cleaned! All the residents are clean. You can feel the sincerity of great heart of service here. The staff are all friendly, always open to help. I barely find a Wellness director on the floor helping out, Nurse Albertine takes pride of leading her care staff to only provide the top care for her…

As a third party provider that service senior living community. I will seldom say this. This community is the cleanest place I’ve ever served. The building, common area are given that should be clean. But when you enter individual apartments, that’s when you can really see it. All the apartments are cleaned! All the residents are clean. You can feel the sincerity of great heart of service here. The staff are all friendly, always open to help. I barely find a Wellness director on the floor helping out, Nurse Albertine takes pride of leading her care staff to only provide the top care for her VIP Residents that call this place their home. If I could give this place an award as one of the best senior community, I will! I am honored to serve this community side by side with Avondale’s team.

Brookdale Avondale staff are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I've ever met, especially in the medical field. [name removed], the Sales Rep was so kind and genuine from from the beginning and the same kind person every time I see him. They truly get it! That's not just some elderly person that needs a place to stay...she's my mama! My heart! [name removed], the Health and Wellness Director. From the day she met my mother and me for the evaluation, she was so kind and so gentle. You could tell from the start that her heart is in it and that she truly loves her residents. (I'm not quite sure when she eats or sleeps because she always seems to be there at Brookdale.) I know I must drive her crazy with calls and texts, but she never lets it show and that's comforting. [name removed], Executive Director, she's been so kind and helpful with question and paperwork that mama' long term care insurance requires. I was so confused trying to fill out the forms myself and when I reached out for assistance she didn't hesitate to sit right down and help me. That really means a lot to. And when mama was in the hospital she and [name removed] reached out to check on her. The facility is very nice, but the people that work there make it cozy and welcoming! I haven't met a staff member yet that wasn't kind and caring.
My mom moved in at the end of February. We're all very happy with the warm, loving environment. Tonya, Albertine and Aaron have made her feel right at home!
My family loves Brookdale Avondale. The staff and administrators helpful, quick to respond and went over and above anything we expected. They have always taken such loving care of my mother.
Very comfortable, friendly place. Staff are attentive and work to please. Food could be more catered to residents taste but they have worked hard to provide food he enjoys. A few more activities and off site visits could be provided. A very caring and safe facility.
Tonya, the director, and the entire staff have made my grandmother feel safe and at home.
