The staff has been kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring during a very important stage of her life. The facility is clean, well-managed, and provides a warm, supportive environment that gives our family peace of mind. It’s never easy placing a loved one in assisted living, but the professionalism and humanity of the team here have made all the difference. We truly appreciate the hard work of everyone involved in her care and would highly recommend this facility to other families.
Incredible staff and home cooked meals. A small business ran by a local Tampa family for the past 30 years, I couldn’t ask for a better place for my family to spend thier remaining years.
The community took care of my loved and that was the main goal. But This community did not have any compassion when my loved one passed away. Communication was tough a lot of the staff did not speak English as a first language. There was not any communication after my loved one passed away and I had to initiate the conversation to be able to get his belongings. It took them a lot longer to send us our refund than their contract stated.

The staff does not focus on patients. They need to be told to care for patient. When issue pointed out. It got worse.
Austin House was the perfect residency for my mother. She lived there almost eight years. My mother was treated as if she was the mother of the women who work there. I always felt that there was good communication between myself and the staff there. they were very attentive to my mother's needs. Not only that, they literally saved her life more than once. When my siblings would come from out of town to visit they would always thank me for finding Austin House. This is a great HOME!
my mother lived in the Austin House for almost eight years. I never considered another ALF. She was given perfect care: always perfectly clean with hair and nails done, she even had perfume on; she always had lovely home cooked meals, the girls there were very attentive to her medical condition; and most importantly she was truly loved. I felt like I had a great working relationship with the owners and all the workers at Austin House.
