3.6 · 8 reviewsI sent my grandma here after she had a scary visit to the hospital and she is doing Rehab. If you are paying for this yourself, there is no reason to use this facility. The facility costs $[fee removed] a day when extremely nice assisted living facilities in Lakewood Ranch cost around $[fee removed] per day per day. When you're a kid in Florida you volunteer in places like this, and I knew from an early age I wouldn't want to curse my worst enemies to a facility like this. The lights are extremely dingy and yellow, the walls need repainting, the entire facility is extremely sad. The only good…

I hope they are still nice to your loved one when you leave. There's no way for you to know.
I was so disgusted with this place. The assisted living side is full of bed bugs. I’d never allow my parents to stay there. The workers at night are the only workers I ever see everyone else hides. The executive director on the Alf side is very unprofessional and she abuses her Authority

According to a relative, not all staff follow COVID 19 guidelines. They also told me that the medication technicians make numerous medication errors and do not have enough training. Although they show nice videos on Facebook, the management lacks any experience in senior or health care.
The staff is very knowledgeable and always going out of their way to make sure needs of all residents are taken care of right a way. What makes this place so special is that the employees seem to genuinely care about the residents!
Their commitment to client care and integrity of their staff make families of loved ones completely at ease knowing that they are being looked after the way a family member would look after them.
