Very friendly and helpful stuff

We toured Alliance Community. Their facilities are nice and clean. The people are good. The staff that toured me around was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, not pushy, and open to questions. They were very comfortable. The facilities were limited. They have a little place to sit outside, and that's all it is. There is a dining area, too. They were well-kept. It's a very convenient location. Everything is within a short distance. They have facilities where they'll take you to events or they'll take you shopping. They try to help people with what they want to do. They have programs but they'll have to sign up for them.

Can't say much. Variety of living arrangements from own home to nursing Carr. Under new ownership from what I understand. Have not toured, only one visit.

My bf was there for rehab(physical therapy) and he was well taken care of. Met a few of the ladies taking care of him. All seemed really nice. My complaint is with the higher ups who are suppose to enforce the precautions of covid and ppe gear. If you provide the gear and one day i ask about gown then next visit i don't have to wear it, well It's confusing. Also different rules for different ppl is annoying. All of the patients that come thru matter, maybe you could learn some compassion from your nurses and aides.. Apparently the higher ups forgot
