I felt so safe having my mom there knowing they were giving her the best care possible we didn’t expect it to be as long as it was, but I never waivered in knowing they were giving exceptional care. The owner is incredible. She shares any information needed about the resident. She make sure that they are comfortable at all times. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing a care facility for their loved one.
My sister and I checked out many different facilities in Palm Bay for our 90 year old mother. One facility should've been condemed. When we stepped into Winnifred Assisted Living Facility we were very impressed with the cleanliness, the set up and the knowledge of care for seniors needing care. The owner, Tameka, is an RN, and cares very much about the all female residents in her charge and the aids she employs are just as caring. My mom has been in this facility now for three years which says that my sister and I highly recommend this facility for the care of your loved ones.
My mother is a current resident at Winnifred. She's been at many different facilities due to health issues and this is, by far, the most caring place she's ever lived. The staff treats residents like they would their own family members. The vibe is upbeat and the residents are so well cared-for. The smaller, home setting is ideal! I can't recommend Tameka and the staff at Winnifred Assisted Living more enthusiastically.

While in the area, we stopped in to see Winnifred Assisted Living Facility while searching for a place for my friend's mother to live. The vibe of the neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. The grounds around the main door were nicely kept, with flower beds and nicely manicured grass. The interior was inviting and we could smell fresh flowers. The overall décor was quite nice and fresh. The space was clean and well tended. This facility is much smaller than most of the others we've visited. The seniors we saw looked like they were well cared for and content. They offer a variety of activities for the seniors to enjoy, from games to reading, TV, films and crafts. They also go on interesting outings in and around the community such as nature walks, visiting art fairs and other festivals, enjoying casual dining and seeing films. The food choices looked nutritious and delicious, as well as the regular snacks - offered continually. The dining area was homey, with comfortable furniture in a communal setting. Overall, a very nice, well tended assisted living environment, with friendly and courteous staff. For those looking for a better staff to resident ratio, this would be an ideal situation.
