Grand Villa of Palm Bay

I’ve been visiting my dear friend here once too twice a week for over 2 years now. Everyone I come across that works here from management to the front desk to the therapy people the cleaning staff and dining staff Everybody is just so kind and welcoming. The views are amazing. You can be sitting there having a tasty lunch looking at the water and there’s dolphins passing by. I also really enjoy how they go all out for the holidays . It’s a beautiful place. You can definitely see that they take pride in their residence and making them feel at home.

This facility is amazing! I just moved my grandma in a month ago and she loves it. The staff have been so great, friendly, openly communicating with me anytime I reach out. The memory care floor she is on, has great friendly vibes that almost makes you feel like a family. The waterfront view is obviously a plus. The people I have to praise the most are Eddie at the front, Ms Sharon who my grandma absolutely loves and the memory care director Ashley. Everyone has been wonderful but I have worked closely with them and can’t be happier that my grandma is happy and safe right where she is with such great staff all around. Thank you!

Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is great. The view of the river is spectacular. You need to see this place!

I can’t wait to move into my new home! I have always dreamed about living by the water and grand villa made that possible. 🥰

My mother lived here for a year in the assisted living section and almost a year in the memory care unit. We were extremely happy with the facilities and the food was terrific! (Thanks Danene , Winsome, Kitty and Courtney!) The staff members Rocco assembled and was a role model for, had qualified, professional, yet helpful and warm department heads (thanks, Vinnie, Peggy, Ashley, Marixa). Any problems that occurred over the course of the Alzheimer’s progression my mother experienced were improved through group problem-solving, including the wishes of the family. Katie was especially helpful when we were working with Mother who was trying to care for her dog as long as possible. The front staff always welcomed us as GV family and were obviously involved with all of the residents (thanks Tracey, Lisa, Carroll, Tyreek, Bonnie). The staff members taking on the responsibilities of personal/medical care for mom and the other residents were loving and thoughtful beyond what was expected for the job (thanks Jill, Rose, Stephanie, Wendy, Trevor, and, most of all, Marie S). Tina kept the last room immaculate and helped keep track of things when this became more of a challenge. Susan, Lisa and Sharon made sure Mom engaged in her favorite activities. Eddie was always warm and welcoming. And the many chores done by Brian and Jeffry were so appreciated. I’m sure some names have been inadvertently omitted due to my memory lapse but just know, if you have read this to the end, and if your loved one joins the GV family, it will be one of the best experiences you could hope for!
