3.6 · 26 reviewsWillowBrook Marketing has been dodging my calls for a week. I have left voicemail messages and spoken to two people but cannot get a return call. This is a total mystery to me, but very poor treatment of a potential client.
My grandma loves it in here. She is so well taken care of. Loves the puzzle room. The food is great like back home. Staff is personable and always helpful when you visit!
My favorite friend was placed at Willowbrook about 2 months ago. So far I am not impressed with the care he has been given.Hopefully something changes soon.

Right at one year ago my mom passed in this facility. The administrative staff misrepresented to the family that they were able to care for her with her not being able to walk or take care of herself. Immediately upon admission the floor staff said the facility was not for her and started trying to find another place for her. Lots of stress on her and on the family because of the facilities misrepresentation. She passed away. The floor staff were great. Not so much the administrative staff. The Assistant Manager did not return calls owing the family $2,000. The Administrator promised the calls would be returned then he wouldn't return calls. The family would have gladly gave the money to the floor workers if the facility would have told us they were in financial trouble. Instead they chose to ignore us. I am soon to be retired with nothing but time on my hands a good memory and a sign to walk their sidewalks with. Helping them is one thing but ignoring us with any explanation is another.

fired friend for having covid, refused fmla had to pay 7,000 (forced by gov) horrible management don’t give them the time of day. look it up!
They were disorganized and uncommunicative. When I called, the phone would ring and ring. I would call multiple times with no answer. As POA, I asked repeatedly for documentation of his medical treatment and did not receive it. He was not properly cared for in so many ways. He developed a UTI that wasn't taken care of properly. The food was bard. The facility was dirty and smelly. There were no activities. The people were nice and said they would miss him terribly. But I really wouldn't recommend them. We chose it because it was in our price range, but if you can afford it, there is much better out there for not that much more money.
The tour with WillowBrook Assisted Living was very good. The man took us on a tour and I think he spent an hour and a half with us. He was very, very informational. He was the director. It's very nice, very clean. They have a thing where if the person isn't allowed to go outside, they wear some kind of a bracelet or something, and if they get within six feet of the doors, the doors lock. All the people there were walking around and talking, and everybody seemed happy. We thought it was a new place, he said it was 21 years old. They've kept it up real good.
