Grande Cypress Assisted Living Facility

We visited the Grand Cypress Assisted Living Facility. The location was great. The director that we met was excellent in giving us information about the facility. We're just not comfortable with the atmosphere for my mother. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere of the facility, but with her condition and background we just didn't feel that it would be a good fit for her. She'd be more than they could handle because she was getting to the point where we were having our hands full taking care of her and maintaining her. The rooms were laid out very well. We saw several different options. They had a lot of activities. I don't remember if they had a couple of game tables but they had TV. They had a lot of games on the weekends and they'd all get together. They have a really nice activity room.

The staff here are a blessing to this community/ facility. They are always do pleasant/ patient and kind and willing to do whatever they can to help with my Demetia Dad that never wants to get in the shower. They care a lot and motivated to get the job done!!They deserve the best rewards and compliments from our family.🌹🌹🌈🙏

I would describe Grand Cypress Assisted Living Facility as friendly, clean, and very homey. The staff was wonderful and very thorough. They answered all my questions. They showed me around. I liked them. Mike, who was my person of contact, was very, very nice. When I got there, they were getting ready to eat lunch, and it looked and smelled wonderful. It looked like everybody was enjoying their meals. They have a couple of common areas. They have coffee and tea bars where they can stop and get coffee and tea. They have little TV areas, one on each side of the building. It's very small. I think they only take 40-something residents.

My father currently is staying at the facility. The room is very nice comfortable they allow you to customize the room to the patients liking. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the staff is excellent. Jennifer is the administrator and is on top of everything very easy to speak with. Always willing to help with whatever she can as well as Todd. Very pleasant very good to work with and getting my father into the facility. I see him interacting with other individuals that stay there when I’m there visiting he’s always happy and chipper and sitting down and talking with the Residents. Mike is phenomenal. He’s the Director, and whenever someone in the administration isn’t there you can always get a hold of him and he takes care of it. Whatever the situation right away like I say, they’re always been very pleasant very easy to work with they have many different activities for the residence From exercise to bingo to arts and crafts. They have a coffee bar food is accessible at all times. I can’t say enough about this place. My dad is very happy there. It was a very easy transition. The staff made it a lot easier on the family and I appreciate all they have done for us , I give them five stars all the way you’re loved. One will be very happy. , I give them five stars all the way your loved One will be very happy at this facility.

Great staff. Very clean and everyone is so nice and polite.
