A young lady with short dreads and pigtails, wearing thick glasses is rude and has a stank attitude. Don’t hire nurses like that to care for other people’s loved ones.
Whispering Oaks is a tremendous facility!! My mother was placed there not long ago and I cannot compliment the staff enough for the care she receives. All staff show compassion and care to the residents. It shows they love their residents and what they do. Thank you Whispering Oaks for all you do!!!

The admin staff and head nurse is superb in co-ordinating care and addressing any concerns I have. This nursing home is the cleanest facility I have ever seen. 😮
This place is subpar at best! If you do not need to start the Medicaid process, you NOT put your loved one here!! Staff is extremely rude and neglectful to the patient, UNLESS you visit your loved ones or have eyes on the place. Doctors and admin staff are aloof, but very nice, but they are not ones that are taking care of your loved ones 24/7. Very disappointing. I had high-hopes. Definitely overpriced for the quality of care.
This is not the greatest place, we had issues from the beginning. Mom was brought here. I completed the inventory forms and her forms ended up missing, along with her clothing, including socks and underwear, bedding and EVERYTHING else that we brought in for her. The rooms are 4 people to a room, she changed rooms 3 times because of a resident in her room, either screaming or getting into altercations with my mom.
I had a very positive experience with Whispering Oaks SNF. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing high-quality care. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone goes out of their way to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Communication with families is also excellent—they keep you informed and are always willing to answer questions or address concerns. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the well-being of each resident. I would highly recommend Whispering Oaks SNF to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and caring environment for their loved one.
