My parents moved here about 9 months ago and overall it has been a great experience for my family. All the staff including Ava at the desk, Aaron in maintenance, Jason in Wellness, servers, restaurant managers, and everyone else thanks for your good attitude and hospitality. It is a great place for my parents. The residents are nice as well and I have gotten to know a few. I am there every week to visit. Keep up the good work.
Despite the fact that I am not a senior, have never sought out retirement communities for family members or even heard of this place they continuously send me mailers, fill my voicemail with messages insisting that I’ve shown interest and refuse to stop contacting me even after I have called and spoken with someone who promised my information was removed and the mail would stop. The mail has in fact not stopped and just today I received another phone call advertising their grand old people gala party something or other where I can only assume they perform a cult ritual to turn me into the…

Despite the fact that I am not a senior, have never sought out retirement communities for family members or even heard of this place they continuously send me mailers, fill my voicemail with messages insisting that I’ve shown interest and refuse to stop contacting me even after I have called and spoken with someone who promised my information was removed and the mail would stop. The mail has in fact not stopped and just today I received another phone call advertising their grand old people gala party something or other where I can only assume they perform a cult ritual to turn me into the senior they crave so badly. Is there a shortage of olds in their community that they feel the need to harvest from younger generations? Has someone sold my information to them as a prank? We may never know, but this review will stay up until the harassment stops. I don’t appreciate it and would rather place any eligible seniors or myself in a wet cardboard box to die like a litter of unwanted kittens than give this place a penny.
DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE HERE……….This place is a dump. It is old filthy and full of a lot of roaches. There are roaches crawling on the foods that the patients have to eat. There are sewage waste back up in patients rooms and falling like a water fall from the ceiling in common areas. To know this place raised the patient rent every year is ridiculous. This is a joke. Assistant living Director doesn't know anything about managing workers or caring for patients. She is very incompetent and doesn’t know how to do her work. She gossips and talk down on the patients, families and workers. What a…

There are sewage waste back up in patients rooms and falling like a water fall from the ceiling in common areas. To know this place raised the patient rent every year is ridiculous. This is a joke. This place has been sending us mailers ever since my mother in law died in 2023. I’ve left 6 voicemails, called 11 times, and send 2 mailers back in the mail with the VERY CLEAR request to STOP contacting us. They disregard every request and continue to send spam constantly. I find this to be EXTREMELY disrespectful. My MIL died horrifically in our home, these mailers are a constant reminder to my husband, whose father just also died in August. Both parents are DEAD and we are constantly reminded. Everywhere I’ve asked to stop contacting us has done so, except for this place, over the course of 2 years of requests. I will never, ever, use nor recommend this place for my family members or patients due to the blatant disrespect they’ve have shown us. I will not remove this review until the spam stops.
Westminster Winter Park partners with our Herzing physical therapist assistant program twice a year offering FREE falls and balance assessments to their residents. Their therapy team is top-notch always striving for clinical excellence. So grateful to them!
This place really cares about employees and residents!
Great place, friendly people and the front desk lady was very kind. I will consider this place when I'm old enough to apply.
