4.2 · 32 reviewsI would give a 5 star, but it's a noisy place to live. There's a factory across the street, and some residents have loud cars. Very noisy upstairs person and next to me person who plays loud music. It's apartment living, the neighbors are noisy. I have to wear earplugs and also got some headphones to drown out the noises because management won't do anything. I am getting a white out machine soon. There's supposed to be a noise ordinance 10 pm to 8 am but police doesn't enforce it. Management doesn't enforce it. It's driving me insane. Idk what to do.
Very well maintained
If i could leave 0 stars i would. My grandma lives here. The place building itself stinks, dirty, not updated at all and is INFESTED with BEDBUGS AND ROACHES. They “treat” by laying down powder instead of paying to fumigate the entire building at once to get the bed bugs gone. EVERYONE WHO LIVES HERE NEEDS TO SPEAK UP these are senior citizens no one deserves to live in bed bugs! I will add my grandmas unit is EXTREMELY CLEAN and she takes all the precautions she can for them and it still does NOT help. Sad that a place that could be so nice is so ran down. An absolutely wonderful place for low-income seniors well maintained with a caring and knowledgeable staff
I lived at Westminister Manor for four years, and only left to live with my daughter and family. I can't say enough about living there. The building is very well kept inside and out, and provides a nice place for Seniors. Susan, Ellen, and all the staff are dedicated, caring people. I always felt safe, and knew if I needed help they would be there to assist me. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into how Westminister was, and is run. Thank You
