4.5 · 346 reviewsOk, so truth first. I do not have a loved one living here. BUT, I toured it and spoke multiple times with the sales director and we almost moved my mother there. The place is LOVELY. There is so much there, tons of room, everything is CLEAN and smells really good! (A big plus.) The sales director was SO helpful and responsive about my questions. She also understood our very personal reasons for not moving my mother, which is another huge plus. If we do move my mom, it will be here. I highly recommend you look at it.

Meridian is going downhill. The latest is that they no longer provide printed rent statements to residents. Many of these elderly folks do not do email and now that is the only option to review your rent statement.
The facility was wonderful, and the sales director Jennifer did and awesome job with the tour and financial discussions, unfortunately the price was well above our budget abilities.
The Meridian was very nice. It has a beautiful lobby and indoor atrium area. It used to be an Embassy Suites. The workers were very nice, smiling and helpful. Jennifer showed me around and answered questions and helped me decide. The rooms were updated and they offer different styles and sizes. They have a library and theater room. I moved my mom in! She is happy there.
First time there was very clean and the staff acted like they really cared
Did the tour with Victoria. She is friendly seems to know all the residents that we encountered (Humans and dogs), Knowledgeable about the facility and answered every question that we had.
