If you get her you are really lucky! Please recommend to anyone you know that needs rehab. One last thing SU is the best dressed.”

3.0 · 128 reviewsThe good CNA’S never stay at this facility, the administration should be ashamed for treating them so bad. I visited in JULY and they had a male CNA all by himself for 38+ patients on B WING. I visited today, they told me that they fired him for telling MAURA or MORA that they should respect their CNA’s. Also, saw a cockroach in my sibling restroom. Smhhh
My father is here and I wish I could have moved him to a different facility. They let someone who was not his next of kin sign a POA on him. Luckily I was able to get that revoked. I was not able to see him before coming back to AZ
If I could give negative stars I would! Avid this facility like the plague. My mother recently got out and moved closer to me . But in her 9 months stay . Her necklace was stollen with my brothers ashes . Her clothes were constantly stolen or lost. She got into a physical fight with another patient. Nothing was properly done. They moved her to the other side of the facility and let the other lady get away with assault.I was told that they would write me a check which I have yet to receive with the stolen goods. She was a fall risk that would end up in the hospital a lot . Every time I visited…

If I could give negative stars I would! Avid this facility like the plague. My mother recently got out and moved closer to me . But in her 9 months stay . Her necklace was stollen with my brothers ashes . Her clothes were constantly stolen or lost. She got into a physical fight with another patient. Nothing was properly done. They moved her to the other side of the facility and let the other lady get away with assault.I was told that they would write me a check which I have yet to receive with the stolen goods. She was a fall risk that would end up in the hospital a lot . Every time I visited the facility, it had a strong smell of urine, no matter what wing you walk down. Nurses we ok , social services , waste of time . The rooms are out dated . You can’t send a package without it going missing or stolen. I physically brought a hand full of medicine to the nurse practitioner . After moving my mom’s stuff so that means the nurses are not watching them take their meds. I’m sure there are better facilities in the area.

I have observed this facility and it’s terrible the bugs are bad in the facility, very short staffing , the food is not good the way they service the residents are poor the facility is not cleaned I noticed the housekeepers just mop and take the trash out residents are not being cared for in a manner time and my mother seat in her brief for over 7 hours until she was changed .The rooms are dirty also the smell when you walk in definitely not a good smell and the CNA’s never stay I always see a different face barely in good spirit lately when I walk in . I would not recommend this facility
This place is amazing great staff nursing care goes over and beyond as well as the cna I love the gazebo as well they have 2 smoking areas which is good for us smokers pam the activity director is amazing bu
This place took really good care of my husband pam the activity director is amazing
