I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Troy from Soter Senior Living finding a place for my mom. I had to move her from the memory care facility she was in to a new facility and their assistance was truly a blessing. Being out of state I had no idea what places were available for the level of service my mother required. Troy and staff made it a painless experience with many excellent choices for her care. I would not have been able to relocate mom without Troys assistance and feel very blessed to have been able to work with him to find the best place for mom.

Kim helped us makes a placement for a loved one who isn’t able to stay alone at home safely. We are very happy with how this usually process went. From the initial contact, communication was frequent and clear. She found options for us to visit and really put her heart into partnering with us and our loved one to make the choice to relocate to a suitable assisted living facility. Kim is compassionate, experienced and works hard to understands the clients’ needs. She is honest and knowledgeable. I’ve placed loved ones in caregiving situations before, and this is the first time I’ve had help. Wow, what a difference on the stress level to have Kim on this journey. We went from feeling worried to finding an environment that suited our loved one where she can thrive.

Janice has been a dream to work with. Her compassion mixed with her desire to provide the utmost care has brought such a calm to me and my family as we transitioned my mom from independent to assisted living. Her willingness to help as not stopped even after my mom has been moved into the AL home. I reside in another state and have leaned on Janice for extra local support and she has never declined my requests for help. I highly recommend giving Janice a call!

After two failed attempts to place my father in memory care, I was exhausted and really dissatisfied with the care my father was getting. Janice was amazing and took her time to find the best solution for my father. A small private family run ALF with memory care. Only 6 residents and lots of individual attention. My father is thriving and healthy. He is eating and sleeping well and the staff could not be more concerned for his well being. What was a challenging time for our family was turned into a wonderful relationship with a family who cares about the work they do. Janice worked tirelessly to find us the best care. So grateful that I called Soter Senior Living for help.

Kim Denault was so wonderful from start to finish on getting me through the process of placing my husband in memory care facility. She was available for all my questions and was also there for my well being as well.
