Waterford Rehab & Nursing Center

It's been a tough six months, and my elderly father has been in a series of skilled nursing facilities following hospitalizations. Waterford, by far and away, is the best of them. Honestly, the difference between Waterford and every other place he's been in has blown me away. As far as the basics, it's very clean and the food is good. The care he's received has been exceptional. He could barely walk on his own when he came in, and now he's walking well enough to go home without being considered a fall risk. Every single nurse and staff member has been warm, kind, funny, and responsive to my questions when I had them, even in the face of what were some very difficult moments with him. He has a number of tricky diagnoses to navigate, and the fact that they did so not just with skill but with immense kindness was invaluable to me. I can't thank them enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to send him back if need be.
