5.0 · 26 reviewsI am extremely grateful for the love and care they showed my mother during the 2 years she stayed here. My mother was well cared for, loved, and happy. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was choose to place my mother in assisted living. The owner and staff at La Rosa made this process easier. They cared for my mom, and supported me. It is rare to find a place with good care, and loving staff. La Rosa has both.
My mother stayed at LA ROSA ALF, and our family is very grateful for the care and compassion she received. The staff treated her with kindness, respect, and genuine attention, making her feel comfortable and well cared for. The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a safe environment that gave us peace of mind. It is clear that the caregivers truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make them feel like family. I highly recommend LA ROSA ALF to anyone looking for a loving and professional assisted living home for their loved ones.
We were forced to make a sudden move of our aunt who was in Hospice care, when a new company took over the previous facility. We got a recommendation to 'La Rosa' from her social worker and we were very happy with the recommendation. The social worker told us that the facility was run much better than many other facilities she visit. She aslo told us that the owner was a registered nurse with experience and provides a higher level of care. We found all this and more to be true. Where do I start off? I am extremely grateful for everyone at this facility, especially The owner. She is so loving and caring and patient with her everyone and their families and the staff they go above and beyond for the patients that are there and they don’t treat them like patients they treat them like family members. I had the honor of meeting everyone there and seeing how amazing they treated my mom And took so much care of her and treated her like she mattered not like other places that I have seen this facility I highly recommend them. I will be eternally grateful for everything they did for my mom.
La experiencia en La Rosa ALF ha sido realmente conmovedora. Como cuidadora privada que estuve más de un año con la paciente, puedo decir que ella encontró un hogar lleno de calidez. La cuidaban con tanto cariño que se sentía como en familia, y ver su tranquilidad y felicidad me dio total paz. My mother spent the last two years of her life at La Rosa ALF, and our family will always be grateful for the care she received there. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the attention given to her was kind and professional. The owner worked closely with our family and was always involved, showing genuine care and dedication. During a very important time in our lives, they provided support, compassion, and dignity to my mother. We truly appreciate everything they did for her and for our family.
Mi abuela vive en este ALF y hemos tenido muy buena experiencia,el lugar se mantiene limpio y organizado ,el personal es muy amable con los residentes, como si fueran familia , algo que valoro mucho es que están pendientes de las necesidades de las personas mayores y tratan de mantener un ambiente tranquilo y respetuoso. También me gusta la comunicación con la famila y hay supervisión constante, eso da paz , saber que están bien atendidos. Agradezco el trabajo que hacen con nuestros mayores.
