From the very first meeting, Eric showed compassion, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of our situation. Finding the right assisted living option for our loved one was overwhelming, but Eric made the process not only manageable but comforting. He took the time to listen to our concerns, answered every question (no matter how small), and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how personally invested Eric was in making sure our loved one would feel safe, respected, and at home. He coordinated tours, helped us navigate the paperwork, and stayed in constant communication. It didn’t feel like working with a salesperson; it felt like working with a trusted advisor and advocate. would rate all of them at a five except possibly six. I have no idea about the food as my dad was on a diet where they had to make sure his food was mashed up a lot. They were very good about that for him. My dad was in that facility only about two and a half months before he passed and during the time that he was there he also spent a couple weeks in rehab at a different place and was in the hospital twice. Our experience with them was very limited, but they were always very attentive and very friendly. Their price point is probably one of the better ones that we looked at and/or were involved with before he was placed there. One of the things that was very important to me last year was to be in a place that did not have to be evacuated. He had been an another place before and every time he had to evacuate he came here which was fine except I'm in an evacuation area. Once he was in a wheelchair I needed him to be safe where he was as I would not be able to take him where I was going to have to evacuate. They had a good plan for evacuation if they had to and it wasn't going somewhere in the middle of the state.
My most important concern is the staff. They are all so concerned about the residence there. I go over twice a day so I spend a lot of time there and I see what's going on. I go at different times of the day so they don't know that I'm coming. I am super, super, happy with the entire staff
I feel very fortunate to have found Volante. My husband has been in the memory care section since the end of May of 2024. I can't say enough great things about everyone there, the nurses, the staff, the maintenance, the laundry, the dining room and the cooks. Everyone is kind, caring, and on top of everything. I couldn't be happier. My husband is taken care of and he's treated so kindly. Thank you everyone at Volante.
It's smaller than where she was in the past and I think that it helps that almost all the staff knows who she is. It is very clean and almost everyone is very friendly and nice. There's always one who's not but they usually don't last long. Mom says the food could be better. I think they need an area to work on puzzles. She likes jigsaw puzzles. I suggested that but it didn't happen. Also the color of the rooms are dull. Gray floors and gray walls. But overall she is well taken care of.
The admin [name removed] was a HUGE disappointment. I would not recommend the place besides a few nurses and [name removed]. [name removed] is a very nice person and the nurses seem pretty good but the turnover has been a lot and the admin was not at all what someone would expect.
