Horrible service for my step dad . If you want care for your family dont come here . Dolly was good and groomed him and Sylvia helped me after I asked her because I was waiting for my stepdads nurse Dawn all night. He sat in wet sheets idk for how long. No pain meds for his gas bubble hes had all day. No drinks. Nothing. They definitely dont go by there "our mission." The red button, forget it . They dont come till an hour later after . He could of fell and no one would come.
I only have the highest praise for Village Place. My father stayed here for months and received advanced wound care treatment. The place was much cleaner than some of the other places we saw and my father spoke highly of the staff while he was there.

10/5 if you or a loved one by chance need to pick a facility for rehab or nursing, etc. This facility is over the top. CLEAN very very clean. The people, staff. All kind! Always have a smile. They care about patients* here. They care about family here. This isn’t common. This place is over the top from what I’ve seen the past 2 years in this area. Some facility’s are real horror scenes. Terrible place... please do not allow anyone you love to go here. My mother went there after a fall and when I came down for a week and was there in person it was fine. Went home to NC and terrible. No one will call you back. The director and case worker are very uncaring people. The only people that seem to care are the aides. My mom died 6 weeks after getting there from an untreated UTI, pneumonia and sepsis. The only time they called was when the caseworker Sharon called weeks later to say they had my mom's hearing aide which they never even noticed if she had or not and called after she died? Then sent bills after they got alot from Medicare. If I could give zero stars I would. Awful place and please don't give me your Village Place AI generated response. Have you ever offered any condolences to any family members whom loved ones have died in your care? It's been 7 months since my mom passed and never anything but a bill. You should be ashamed. Again don't need your AI response.
I cannot speak highly enough about the care and therapy that my Mother has received. CNA's, nurses, doctors and our wonderful PT Amanda. And a special thanks to aides,Tracy and Kelly. Mom loves you two! Top notch assistance from Social services and business office, Jon and Shane. Excellent facilities.
My aunt was placed here after a fall at home. The facility is beautiful, the staff is attentive and responsive. Kelly Paren , the business administrator is fabulous. She helped us navigate the complicated process of insurance , Medicare etc. really went over and above. We are forever grateful. Highly recommend !!
I have experienced over 5 year period of time in hospital and rehabs and I am genuinely impressed with the service and attitude of the people at village place! Response time to call button is better than anywhere I experienced. The attitude of the aids and nursing who care the patients is friendlier and more helpful than anywhere else I have been even the food is better. I have been a patient here for the last month and I am on my way put tomorrow I’d almost rather stay than go home!!!!
