2.0 · 1 reviewsThere has been no staff communication with the family or our loved one since our loved one moved in and the new Case Manager hasn't called to speak to the family or our loved one since they came on board. [Name removed] was really good at taking the time to speak to me about their services at the beginning; however, he has since left. The staff stated they would take the residents for walks and outings; however, they haven't done this and they aren't following through on their promises.
