I give Oasis Palms the highest rating! You'll see why if you read my long review...When my husband was approaching the time to be cared for out of our home, my daughter & I toured this facility - it was the perfect place. However, I was mesmerized by an ad & visited a 'big' facility out of town. I placed hubby there but quickly found it so impersonal among other things. Because a medical issue developed there (due to their negligence) I was 'forced' to move him out within a few hours. Michelle McDonald, the owner of Oasis Palms was contacted & she and her sister personally drove 2+ hours (on a Fri in rush-hour traffic) to get my husband & his meds and nestled him comfortably in bed... I had a wonderful experience - for several years - visiting my G anytime & interacting with her well-trained staff. Also, Michelle personally participated in his care. Any suggestions I made were taken seriously. The food served was homecooked and nutritious with attention to his favorites. I could go on and on...As you can see, I was and am impressed & eternally greatful for the loving atmosphere at Oasis Palms. PS: I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. There’s no words to express how grateful I am with the care my mom received at Oasis Palms. Michelle, the owner is very compassionate and always aim to please. Her staff is well trained. They are caring, kind and respectful. I could have never chosen a better place. Thankfully, my mom dignity was preserved. Thanks again for everything. You’re the best!!!!

Nice place caring staff. They treated my Aunt like family. She stayed temporarily and The staff treated her with the best of care. I definitely recommend to other families in need of elderly care.

I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to do so. I have never experienced a place where people care for your loved one with this much care and compassion. First of all the place is a lovely spacious one story house located in a secured gated community. I was met by the owner herself and given a tour. After the tour, I felt comfortable enough to select Oasis Palms for my father whom I sadly could no longer manage his care at home. I can say it was a good decision, as he has settled in well and I love the fact that the owner has personally at times gone as far as administering his care. I was a bit surprised to see her clean, bath, shave and even feed him herself even though she has staff for this. Michelle has also ensured that the residents celebrate their birthdays and other holidays with fanfare. It just brings some normalcy to their lives. I visit often and have had no issues being allowed to hang out if I want to. I am eternally grateful and do not hesitate to recommend Oasis Palms as its proving to be a real Oasis in an industry where the elderly is often neglected in the name of profits.
