4.5 · 93 reviewsJust witnessed one of your employees who drives the bus rush the people in walkers to get on the bus leaving from Fred’s. She was being very rude towards them! Not acceptable 😡 There is no excuse for that! I would not want her taking care of my grandmother.

Every staff member meets you with a smile and the residents always seem happy! You can definitely tell that each and every staff member in this building cares deeply for the residents and have a very clean and organized way of going about their business!

I’ve been taking care of two elderly clients now that reside at Twin Creeks since 2020. The staff has been consistently helpful, they seem like one big happy family. The chef is still making amazing food after all of these years. The building is clean and always nicely decorated for each holiday. I feel my clients are comfortable and safe at Twin Creeks.
So far our experience with Twin Creeks has been amazing. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The facility is very clean. Making the transition from independent living to assisted living has been a challenge for our loved one but the staff at Twin Creeks has been a blessing and I cannot thank them enough!
Twin creeks Memory care is one of the most astounding facilities. It smells beautiful, you would never know you are in a care home. Alex makes memory care great, always willing to talk to families, as well as always wiling to hear them out weather the families seem hard to deal with (like us at time). My aunt has been int the memory care unit for over a year now and the communication is amazing.
Twin creeks is a beautiful place. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The building smells nice and is ALWAYS clean. If you need a good memory care unit for your loved one, this is your place!
I cannot say enough good things about this nursing home. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that our loved one would be in great hands. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The nurses and caregivers go above and beyond to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and happy. Communication is excellent—they keep families informed and are always available to answer questions or address concerns.
