Ask about this communityToria's Assisted Living Facility is an assisted living community in Tampa, Florida. It is also listed as Toria's Assisted Living Facility I, with Florida license number 11393 and a licensed capacity of seven residents. The capacity is a licensing limit, not a statement of the facility’s current occupancy. The profile identifies assisted living as its care type and does not list memory care, independent living or skilled nursing.
Care information lists 24-hour supervision and medication management, alongside assistance with activities of daily living. Specific personal-care help includes bathing and dressing, and support with transfers is listed as well. Non-ambulatory care and wheelchair accessibility appear in the service information, so mobility needs are explicitly represented. The profile also lists coordination with residents’ health care providers and notes that caregivers speak English. Although 24-hour supervision is listed, the profile does not give caregiver-to-resident ratios or the number of staff on duty. These entries cover personal assistance, oversight, mobility support and provider coordination, without identifying specific medical specialties.
For lodging, the listing identifies a choice of shared or private bedrooms. Rooms are described as furnished, with a telephone among the listed room amenities. Food service includes meal preparation and service in a dining room, with scheduled meals and all-day dining both noted. The dietary information names allergy-sensitive meals, diabetes diets and other special dietary restrictions. The profile describes both where meals are served and several kinds of dietary needs addressed, but does not specify menus.
Housekeeping and laundry or dry-cleaning services are listed as part of daily practical support, and move-in coordination is also noted. The amenities include an emergency alert system. Activities include scheduled daily activities, community-sponsored activities and movie nights. The profile does not provide an event calendar or name individual activities beyond movie nights. Outdoors, a garden and walking paths are listed. Transportation arrangements appear among the amenities, although destinations and schedules are not specified.

Hello community, families, and friends, sorry it took me so long to reply to this false allegation. To be accused of the above and remain in business for 20 years is saying the agency that governs this organization has turned a blind eye, we all know that this is incorrect. If my friend is aware of any such abuse and neglects to notify the organization that governs me, then shame on her. Violating the rights of our most vulnerable population is and should be taken very seriously, and as such should be reported. Sincerely, Victoria Rowe
