No task is ever too big, and they willingly take on extra responsibilities without complaint because they genuinely care about the residents they serve. The SNF CNA team is truly one of a kind. Their teamwork, dedication, and commitment create an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. The Director of Nursing, Ms. Crystal, leads by example. She is deeply committed to her residents and her staff. Nothing goes unseen or unheard under her leadership. She takes the time to investigate concerns, ensure residents receive the best possible care, and always advocates for what's right. The SNF floor is truly a great place. Not only do the staff work together and support one another across all departments, but their residents always come first. The compassion, teamwork, and dedication shown every day are what make this floor so special. If I could give our SNF floor another five stars, I absolutely would. I’d also like to recognize Nini, who has been with the building for eight years. She has consistently gone above and beyond for her residents, always willing to help wherever she’s needed and ensuring both residents and staff feel supported. Her dedication and commitment make her an excellent addition to the team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family will always be grateful for The Oaks of Clearwater. Although our loved one has recently passed, the time she spent there made an incredible difference in her final months. The facility is beautiful, with gorgeous views, but it was the people who made it truly exceptional. Every staff member treated her with kindness, compassion, and genuine love. They went above and beyond to make every resident feel special and part of a true community. The activities were thoughtful, engaging, and full of joy. They gave her opportunities to laugh, socialize, and enjoy life again, bringing a sense of youthfulness and purpose to her final months. Knowing she spent her last chapter surrounded by caring people who celebrated her each day brings our family tremendous comfort. Thank you to everyone at The Oaks of Clearwater, especially Pam and all the staff members, during my mom's final days. We will never forget the kindness you showed her and our family.
The Oaks of Clearwater is a beautiful fun place. They have fun activities, outings, staff that care, a beautiful view and they are always working on how they can improve. Residents have a great coordinator Pam who works tirelessly with them to meet their needs. The residents have told me how much they love their home here.
The staff and views and pricing are the best town.
The views are breathtaking from every room as you look out over the Gulf. The staff is dedicated and the ED, Brooke, has been there for over 20 years! The new sales director, Jackie, is beyond helpful answering families questions while touring and moving in. You will feel like you are living on vacation while being supported by trusted healthcare professionals.
Bob the director and the staff are friendly. HR Director Tenisha is is a good person and very professional.
