The elegant beauty of the of the facility not only has a calming ambiance but displays a well planned enviroment concerned with the safety and an 'at home' feeling for the residents. Well thought out!
My mom has been here since they opened and they’ve gone above and beyond for our family. We appreciate them so much and we would certainly recommend The Manor.

Disrespectful and constant rude treatment of an 89 year old client, veteran, and husband of resident, and his family and friends by Mark and Tiffany. Full stop.
Weird experience with them. We told them we would move my dad in but we wanted him to have a private caregiver for about 6-8 hours a day until he was adjusted to the facility. During the initial meeting they were all about it and had no problem with it. Couple days before he's due to move in they call us and start giving us an hard time about the caregiver. Tiffany (admin) kind of had a nasty attitude. They refunded the deposit but overall just very weird. Mark gave me a funny feeling too. No other facility gave us a hard time about the Private caregiver kind of don't understand why it would be an issue if all is well in the facility. Kind of threw a red flags made you think they were hiding something
My mom has been at the Manor of Ft. Pierce since November 2024. I must say that this was a move that was very successful for my family. My mother can be challenging because of her illness but the staff and management at the Manor has been very patient and helpful with her. The leadership team has been very good about communicating with me and the support staff has been excellent! The facility is always very clean and the courtyard, which my mother loves, is great and secure. I would recommend that you have a tour with them if you are considering a memory care location for your loved one....you won't be disappointed.
What we like the most about the community is - 1.The staff were friendly and caring. 2. The food was good. 3. Some admin staff became "snippy" when our family member's need for additional support increased 4. The facilities are beautiful. 5. The location was convenient.
I would highly recommend The Manor of Fort Pierce. My mother in law has been residing there for almost a year. She is very well taken care of and is very happy. I would like to say that the staff is very attentive, caring and the facility and very very clean. I also would like to say that Mark and Tiffany have been extremely helpful in settling my mother in law. They are present and noticeable throughout the facility. Again, this is a wonderful place and my husband and I would highly recommend it. Debbie and Mike
