I was searching for a place for my mom and her boyfriend, and Tonya helped inform me of all of the options at this beautiful site. She went above and beyond with care, details, and professionalism. My mother, aunt, and I had lunch there, the food was great, the environment was warm and friendly, and guests looked happy and well taken care of. Tonya also is very knowledgeable in dealing with finances in order to try and make your budget work for the best care at this community. I highly recommend this community.
Wonderful community had the pleasure of meeting administrator at a networking event. Tanya invited me to tour the community and from the moment I walked in I had a sense of community and belonging. Residents looked happy and staff was very warm and engaging. Definitely felt the trust needed to recommend this facility to anyone looking to place their loved ones into the hands of such a caring community.
Great experience to help move our loved one into assisted living. Clean and a great staff. Our loved one is very Happy here and Alma was great! They helped coordinate over long distances and a holiday ! Thanks so much

I can’t recommend Lake Forest enough. My father has cognitive issues and needed to move into Lake Forest until we were able to make other arrangements. The staff was amazing even though my father was difficult to deal with at times. Tanya and the rest of the staff went above and beyond and made an impossible situation manageable. They were always so kind and patient and I am forever grateful for them.
My mother-in-law recently had a tour there for independent living community.The sales team did offer my parents to have a complimentary lunch along with a tour there at their community. The energy there seemed very heartwarming and loving. It was a beautiful environment for all the residents. All the residents knew each other and had a lot of engagement With employees. And with a Big change in our elderly loved ones lives, that is very much appreciated. You guys are doing a great job!
They were great and helpful. They have very large cottages and lots of activities if you want to participate.
We are satisfied with this facility. Somewhat rough start getting my mother in her room on the agreed upon date but now things are running smoothly. They do a good job taking care of her. They seem to have a handle on how to run things but they could improve the laundry methods and be a little better at communicating. We feel confident in choosing this facility.
Lake Forest Park was clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The room was roomy enough that my mother-in-law could fit a king-sized bed in the bedroom. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. Anything we had to ask as far as what meals were included and housekeeping and all that was answered efficiently.
