As soon as you enter the parking lot you can tell how bad this place is. Grounds are unkempt, lobby smells funny and front desk clerk is busy playing with her phone. Memory Care Unit is like a cheap motel with a locked door. There are no specialty trained staff to deal with dementia and Alzheimer patients, not even a nurse on staff. Floors are never cleaned, toilets don't work and patient's are left out in the common area with the TV blaring. My father had late stage dementia and they let him stay in his bed in his own filth and even stopped giving him showers once he was under hospice care.…

Floors are never cleaned, toilets don't work and patient's are left out in the common area with the TV blaring. My father had late stage dementia and they let him stay in his bed in his own filth and even stopped giving him showers once he was under hospice care. Thankfully hospice removed him and he was able to die with some dignity at their facility.
we went on a tour here and just from the tour I would never have any of my relatives live here. In the memory care unit, I watched two staff members eating off the plates of the residence. The Dining area smelled like urine. There were no workers to be seen in the hallways. The floor throughout the whole building were dirty. The elevator had trash on the floor.I was just really in shock. And the lady that took us on the tour has not emailed or called once

Waiting for months for refund check following our mom’s move out. Our family has contacted multiple times and no resolution. My mom fell and broke her pelvis due to a faulty toilet seat not being fixed at the facility. When our mom was taken to hospital we received a call later in the day from landmark that our mom was “missing”, staff had not recorded that she had been taken by ambulance to the hospital. Very often there was no front desk staff to monitor residents and visitors.
Would not let my dog stay there. Staff is neglectful and rude. They don’t care for your love ones properly leaving them in urine and a feces for hours.

Very terrible location and staff. They do not take care of your loved ones. We will definitely take this to DCF and the ombudsman dept.
Front desk definitely could be more welcoming and polite. The facility deserve a more positive energy when entering because it's beautiful and residents are nice.
