In short order Nick got know my 80 yr old aunt and had a clear picture of her wants and needs but he also made her feel safe and comfortable. There was zero pressure tactics used, he simply provided the information and put it all in context as it relates to my aunts needs. He provided many options and a few hours later we left with peace of mind that our family member would be well provided for at the wonderful community. My aunt went from “just looking” to I can’t wait to live here! She is already feeling better about her future and Nick played a huge part in that. Thank you.
I toured The Gallery and fell in love with it! The 2 bedroom model was perfect for a couple and a guest room. When it opens this Fall there will be multiple dining options, something I have not seen in the other independent/assisted living places nearby. At the Tuscany Night get together last night, I met many potential friends and the food was elegant and delicious. Can't wait for the Grand Opening!
My parents have been searching for a new community with no luck. We finally found the Gallery and are so excited! Nick and Launa have been fabulous! So classy! They have made the experience fun! Unbelievable, right? We hope that the community will be filled with wonderful people just like them. With them at the helm to set a friendly culture, we know it will be a fantastic place to live. Planned social events. Great communication. Video updates. Professionalism and lots of positive energy. It’s a WIN!

My husband and I are so impressed with the Gallery and especially with Nick McLaughlin. He is professional, thoughtful, and frankly, charming! He has thoroughly answered our many questions with patience and kindness.
After about a year and a half of waffling between moving to Independent Living or staying in her home, my mom fell in love with the Gallery. Launa & Nick are wonderful and make everyone feel like family. Even though her move-in date is not until October, the process has begun with Meet & Greets with other new residents and weekly progress updates on construction. We are all so excited for her next chapter and would not hesitate to recommend The Gallery.
The Evening in the Orient was a great event. What a wonderful way to meet our new neighbors. Fun people and fabulous food. Launa, Nick and Bob - you are amazing. We are so looking forward to moving to our new home. Gerry and Marie Briggs
