“The move in process was easy. Facility was clean. No problem contacting staff. Staff called family when they felt there was a need. The food was good in taste. My only suggestions would be to have ability to redirect air conditioning from blowing directly on tenants seating area in the TV Room and maybe some interior paint…”

My only suggestions would be to have ability to redirect air conditioning from blowing directly on tenants seating area in the TV Room and maybe some interior paint touch up. Overall, I would recommend the facility!
My father-in-law was in this wonderful facility, it was home to him for six months. The staff was amazing! I was informed of everything, from meals to medications to how he was doing to personal needs. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood, it is clean and organized. The meals are fresh cooked and the staff is spot on to help. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Senior Services for your loved ones. They are Angels On Earth!
We highly recommend this places for the endless care they give for every resident. God bless them for everything they do!! The place is super clean and feels like a home for residents.

We had an excellent experience with Helping Hands in Valrico. The place is sparkling clean and they have the best caring and loving caregivers and management. God bless them for their hard work and conscience. I highly recommend this place as it is one of the best facilities in the area.
Having had to find Assisted Living quarters for my brother and his wife, I am familiar with most of the area's housing, personnel & questions asked,,,Matt Permuth is without question, the most experienced, knowledgeable, professional & caring person in this field. His advice is invaluable !
Matt saved us so much time in our search for a memory care facility. We needed one that would allow my mom and dad to stay together. He listened to our needs and directed us to two facilities.
