From her first day there to the end of her life she was treated with dignity, respect and caring. Because I live locally, I was able to visit several times a week and I came to know the staff and management very well. They made sure mom was included in activities, of which there were many. The Manor at the Estates at Carpenters is an outstanding, caring skilled nursing facility. My mom was there for a little over 2 years. From her first day there to the end of her life she was treated with dignity, respect and caring. Because I live locally, I was able to visit several times a week and I came to know the staff and management very well. They made sure mom was included in activities, of which there were many. They made sure all of her needs were met. They kept me informed about any and all issues or changes in her condition and included me in her care team meetings. It gave my family great comfort to know she was always in good hands. Thank you to all of the wonderful, dedicated people at the Manor!
This is a fantastic community. I can't say enough good things about it. The staff here are very committed to improving the quality of life for all of the residents. I am especially impressed with Jennifer in social services. Anytime I have had a client enter the facility for rehab, she has done an amazing job of communicating with our agency as well as the client's family. I strongly recommend this community to anyone looking for independent living, assisted living, or skilled nursing.
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD . This place is horrible don’t be fooled by the outside . These here are ROACHES in the cart that carry’s the food they feed the residents in the manor . This was taken on 3/29/26 , it’s a video if you want the video I will Gladly send it . The shower rooms are disgusting and filled with sewer flies and mold . The rooms have dirty carpet that they spray and run a vacuum over. Staff is limited and over worked. Even the kitchen staff seems limited due to the fact that the food carts and pushed by one person even though they can’t see what’s on the other side.…

My mom had a roach on her breakfast tray & that’s my last straw ! 3 stars says a lot about a facility of This size. They need major changes & improvements i will be calling the state and proper authorities to report THIS & many other issues I have Documented & reported .

My grandma is there right now and she has being treated very well and with much respect. I believe the only thing that need help is the electronics like Tv's and the telephone system, they seem to have issues with that. Maybe it would be advantageous to have new systems in place so that that area runs smoothly moving forward. Other than that when it comes to the care, it is outstanding.
My grandmother live here and we are using the transportation service they offer. Jodie the driver , who works for you all was very awesome. Very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend her there for your transportation needs
My father has been a resident of the Manor for the past 6 months, I have to say this place is awesome. I visit my father at least 3 to 4 times a week and he is always taken care of. I have never seen that he is being neglected in any way. He is physiaclly taken care of (medications and any wound care). He is always clean and groomed. I have seen the food and it looks pretty good and my father likes it as a general rule. The rooms and common area are always clean. The CNA's and LPN's that are the hands on caregivers. are all top notch.This is a well run facility.
I had a Knee replacement, went for rehab in the Manor and Lilybeth and Drew made sure I got great care! There Therapy is one of the Best in Lakeland and I am healing amazingly and still doing the exercises Drew told me too Thanks Guys
This is horrible. The prices that they charge these people for rent is ridiculous and then to try to get maintenance up here to repair something is like pulling teeth. My friend bathroom has been tore apart for three weeks now been asking to get it fixed. She has family coming in on the 19th, there was two times maintenance came in looked at it turned around and left. Her toilet is sitting in her shower. Everything tore apart in her bathroom if no one is here by the end of the day when I’m ready to go, they leave me no choice, but to call 8 on our side.
