I cannot say enough wonderful things about Winslow and the exceptional care my mom has received there. She was the very first resident to move into Winslow, and she has truly loved being part of the community. Unfortunately, her time there has been marked by a series of significant health challenges, including a cancer diagnosis and dementia. Throughout it all, Allene and the entire staff have been incredible. They have helped navigate doctor appointments, emergency room visits, test results, follow-up care, and every step in between. Allene has been an unwavering advocate for my mom. She has coordinated and accompanied her to medical appointments, helped ensure her medications are managed properly, encouraged her to stay active, and made sure she is eating well. Her compassion, dedication, and attention to detail have made an immeasurable difference in my mom's quality of life. Living 1,500 miles away, it gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing my mom is in such caring hands. Allene has also been an incredible support to me, regularly calling and texting with updates so I always know how my mom is doing. Allene has consistently gone above and beyond to make my mom's experience as comfortable, stress-free, and home-like as possible. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Winslow and to have someone as compassionate and dedicated as Allene and her staff caring for my mom. The facility is in a huge residential home, brand new, immaculate, and close to everything in Port St Lucie.
