Excellent , excellent Bistro, manager Cricket puts it all together. We ate there everyday ! Food selection , taste and presentation were incredible! The PT/OT department was the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly biggest seller of this facility. , namely Evelyn, Scott, Chris and Chase.
My mother-in-law was at Spring Lake as an inpatient for approximately five weeks after a hospital stay due to a fall. We really cannot say enough good things. Her care was excellent, and she felt special and loved. The great majority of the staff went out of their way to provide her with a kind word and took extra time to be sure she was getting what she needed. We have brought her to live with us for a bit…and all she can talk about is Spring Lake haha!
My mother was in Spring Lake for approximately 2 weeks. This is the best facility in Polk County!! All the staff were so nice, friendly and caring. She went in to rehab in pretty bad shape and came out walking! Thank you to everyone there (especially Kaitlyn) for all your hard work and dedication. There isn’t anything negative I can say about this facility and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of care!!

I had a wonderful experience at Spring Lake Rehabilitation Center. All of the staff were friendly and professional, the amenities were clean and comfortable, and the support I received was outstanding. The convenient location and calm atmosphere made every visit pleasant, and I especially appreciated the physical therapy team and their modern equipment. I’m excited to return for my next therapy session. The nursing care was exceptional and all the staff helped my grandmother feel safe. Their support to her needs and our family as a whole helped my grandmother recover and return home.
My mother was there for two weeks. Pro:1. Therapy staff 2. bistro food 3. Clean Con: 1. The nursing staff was awful. Nasty and Rude. My mother sat for over 1/2 hour before I got there to get a nurse. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
Excellent therapy services. Very clean environment
From the moment I arrived, the staff at Spring Lake Rehabilitation Center were warm and attentive. The front desk greeted me with a smile and guided me through the check‑in process without any hassle. Every therapist I met was knowledgeable, patient and encouraging, making each session feel personalized and effective. I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain the exercises and answered all my questions. The entire team worked together seamlessly, creating a supportive environment that made my recovery journey much easier. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my progress.
