I have nothing but excellent reviews on how my husband has been cared for at Solaris. The staff has treated him with kindness and the administration from billing to social workers, aides and nurses have done everything to make us feel welcome. My gratitude is endless. Thank you Solaris.

Worst place! Stay away! Food is awful! Roaches crawling on my mother in law and the nurse told her stop making a big deal there are people dying with cancer.

They helped me get back on my feet after major surgery, the admin stan came in to introduce himself on my first day there, the nurses and aides were fantastic especially stacy and sylvia and Michelle where. I was treated with care and respect, jennifer in dietary made sure my dietary restrictions were taken care of and vanessa the activities director made sure there were plenty of things to do, also russel in pt made sure i was able to walk again! All in all a very positive experience there

Loved one stayed here for a couple of months. Place is clean, nursing staff was better than other places. Check with your insurance to see how much therapy you are covered for. Our loved one did not get the services that were billed by rehab. He was to see three disciplines 5 x a week. They work in pairs, meaning both PT and OT come together and barely gave 15 minutes of treatment, if any at times. We come from a family of health care workers and know this is a common thing in nursing homes. Understandable if the patient needs assistance of two. Our loved one was a one person assist, at intake, so we don't know why both disciplines would ALWAYS show up together??? He should have been seen separately, per insurance coverage. No need for OT, PT ,and sometimes Speech was seeing our loved one at the same time. Overall, rehab crew was good, except for the ones that short changed our loved one....you know who you are! We brought it up, and nothing was done. Upon reviewing insurance charges, months later, is what got me to write this review. This is a common thing at nursing homes. Good luck if you're someone with dementia. Be alert and see what and how much your insurance covers you. Speech was a joke , barely spent 10 minutes of skilled treatment. One woman in the speech department is an exception, too bad she doesn't work there full time.
