Very clean nice customer service
I visited this assisted living facility in search of a forever home for my dad. It is warm and cozy with friendly staff. It is beautiful from the front of the building on. They were playing a game when I went in and the people there were really enjoying themselves. I’m bringing my dad back for a visit!

The community itself is absolutely beautiful — well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and full of inviting spaces that encourage relaxation and social connection. Whether it’s the peaceful outdoor areas or the cozy, light-filled common rooms, everything about Sodalis Pensacola reflects care and quality. It’s clear that this is a place where people matter. You can feel the sense of community and dedication in everything they do. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting environment for themselves or a loved one.

Facility is nice and clean. Everyone from the Director to the custodial staff has been friendly and helpful. Good room size and amenities.
The lady that took me on a tour at Sodalis Pensacola did her job. She showed me different accommodations in the memory unit. I thought it was a sterile, desolate-looking place. I couldn't see myself living there, let alone putting my poor wife in there. You walked into the memory unit, and everybody was sitting in chairs like zombies, looking at the fireplace and the TV. Nobody spoke. Nobody moved. It was just like they were dead already. That's depressing. They told me about all the activities they had, but all I saw were old people sitting. The facility looked clean. Everything was painted pretty much the same color. It was subdued. They showed me the senior living room and one of the rooms that the memory residents use. I still say the whole thing just throughout looked depressing, but the staff was very friendly and personable.
I advise to take tours and compare places but my father loved this place when he toured the place. So we decided on Sodalis. The nurses are on duty 24/7. His room is helped cleaned by the staff as well as my father’s laundry. Very relaxing for him!!
