One week ago, our family walked into YOURLife carrying equal parts worry, exhaustion, and hope as our father was admitted. Anyone who has navigated long-term care knows this process is not easy—emotionally, mentally, or logistically. But from the moment we arrived, the team at YOURLife made it lighter. The level of care, compassion, and attention to detail has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every interaction has reassured us that our dad is not just being cared for—but truly seen, respected, and supported. A special thank you to Trisha Coulson, Evan, and Joy, along with the entire staff, who consistently went above and beyond. Your kindness, patience, clear communication, and genuine humanity have meant more to our family than you will ever know. You didn’t just do your jobs—you showed up with heart. The facility itself is warm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, but it’s the people who make YOURLife exceptional. Knowing our father is in such capable and compassionate hands has brought us peace during a very tender season. The older blonde nurse is absolutely nasty. She acts like she’s in a highschool setting. Telling other companies how to work. Horrible attitude!!

I toured multiple memory care facilities in Pensacola and this one exceeds all others. The staff loves they do. The residents are cheerful and the caregivers/nurses/ OT/PT engage lovingly with the residents and their families. Its always difficult trusting others to care for you loved ones they way you do. I assure you, this facility goes above and beyond when it comes to dedication and love.

The staff is very nice and they have a lot of social activities. They could improve on checking the residents thoroughly. They give my mom 2 showers a week and they completely miss an infection in her right foot. Unfortunately the infection was so bad they had to cut 3 toes off and part of her foot. I was very very upset. The surgeon said the infection was there for at least a month. That is unacceptable! I thought about taking her somewhere else but my mom is declining and I felt it would be too hard on her.

My mother-in-law moved to Your Life of Pensacola Memory Care. The staff is attentive. They have a good amount of staff to resident ratio. The facility is clean. The rooms are very big and spacious. They have different options in the rooms like you can have a private room or you can have a shared room. They do a lot of activities there for the residents, which I like. They have an on-site salon like a beauty salon where they can do hair cuts and they have a podiatrist who comes and they have a lot of services and activities that they do. They're expensive.
