Senior Point hits all the marks you would expect from such a facility- cleanliness, safety procedures, food, activities, but the staff there goes well beyond that. My mother resided at Senior Point ALF for the past year until her recent passing. When I started my search for an ALF a year ago I looked at a dozen different facilities. Senior Point really stood out to me. The management and staff have been fantastic to work with. You can see that the staff really took great care of their residents. Very clean, great variety of meals, safe and a very friendly staff. It's hard to put your trust in others to take good care of your loved ones. I knew she was in great hands here. I would visit her randomly each week depending on my schedule. Never did I see any drop-off in care. I would highly recommend Senior Point ALF to anyone.

Garbage. 17 DEFICIENCIES were found were rules and laws were broken against license holder ALEX ARTEAGA by an investigation filed with the Florida Agency for healthcare administration for physical abuse and neglect against my mother from October 2025. They have never acknowledged accountability or responsibility regarding these incidences, but yet have stuck their tail between their legs in dead silence. Shameful and disgraceful.
I had an excellent experience with this facility during my uncle Felipe Rodriguez’s admission. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. The admission process was smooth, and the front desk team was organized and welcoming. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. My uncle Felipe Rodriguez is currently still at the facility, and he continues to feel well cared for and respected. I sincerely appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire staff. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of compassionate and dependable care.
The staff at Senior Point not only take care of my grandmother, they truly care for her. It is evident in how my grandmother responds to the staff that she is happy and feels loved. I would highly recommend this senior community.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living facility. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. Making the decision to move my dad, Andrew Moore, was not easy for our family, but the staff made the entire transition smooth and reassuring from day one. The team is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. They take the time to get to know each person individually, and it shows in the way they care for my dad every single day. It gives us so much comfort knowing he is in a safe, clean, and caring environment where he is respected and valued. Communication has been excellent. The staff is always willing to answer questions, provide updates, and keep our family informed. We never feel out of the loop, which means so much. The activities keep residents engaged and active, and my dad enjoys being part of a community where he can socialize and stay involved. The facility itself is well-maintained, inviting, and feels like home. We are truly grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication the staff shows every day. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care and genuine compassion for their loved one.
