1.3 · 4 reviewsPlace at Savanna Grand in Columbus ga is nasty and they do not take care of their patients. We have been trying to get in touch with the corporate office they will not call us back or answer the phone. Looks like we are getting us a lawyer. I thinking about reporting them to the state, see what they can do. Close it up for all I care.
Is it based on your income
Tired to place my dad hear and was given a great deal. Sales staff changed and they tried to tack on an extra $1000. Blessing in disguises I suppose, heard the level of care has declined since staff changes.

Well what seems like a good place and a great rate is just a scam to take your money. Was quoted a “special price” and placed on a waiting list being promised the deal would be honored at any time. Well that was a flat out lie and they added an extra $900 on after all the medicaid paperwork was approved for the lower cost. Called all the way to the top and got a “sorry can’t help you.” Sad that our elderly population is being treated like this.
