Sonata Coconut Creek

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Sonata in Coconut Creek, especially Nancy and Hillary, the Memory Care Director. We were preparing to move my mother into Sonata, but sadly, she passed away before we were able to make the move. From the very beginning, Nancy went above and beyond to accommodate our family in every way possible. She stayed late to meet with us, came in early in the morning when we needed her, and truly made us feel like there was nothing she wouldn’t do to help. Hillary was also such an important part of our experience. As the Memory Care Director, she worked closely with Nancy and was a tremendous help in doing everything possible to make things happen for us. Together, they showed us such kindness, flexibility, and compassion during an incredibly stressful and emotional time. Unfortunately, my mom took a turn for the worse and everything happened so quickly. Nancy continued to stay in touch with us, and after my mother passed, she personally called to offer her condolences. That meant more to us than she probably realizes. What genuinely caring and compassionate people. I only wish my mother had been able to experience living at Sonata. Based on the kindness, compassion, and attention Nancy and Hillary showed our family, I truly believe my mother would have been in wonderful hands. Thank you, Nancy and Hillary, for everything you did for us and for treating our family with such kindness during such a difficult time. We will never forget it.

I have been doing research online for assisted living communities for some of my aging clients and came across your company. I was genuinely impressed by everything I saw here. The staff came across as compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated to providing client-centered care that respects each resident’s individual needs and dignity. The community looked exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which really stood out to me. I also loved seeing the variety of activities and programs available to help residents stay engaged, social, and active. It’s reassuring to find a place that appears to prioritize both quality care and a warm, supportive environment for seniors and their families. Thank you.
