I always felt that my mother was safe and getting excellent care. I would recommend Royal Oak to anyone needing residential care for a loved one.
My aunt was recently admitted to Royal Oak after a lengthy hospital stay, and the progress she has made in therapy during her short time there is nothing short of amazing. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, therapy has worked wonders, the food is yummy and the building is clean. When you walk in the building it's got a family vibe. I can't say enough good things, and I'm so glad my family chose Royal Oak for my aunt. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs it. Thank you!!
The best place I've found for my dad. He gets great care there and all of the staff are very caring. Complaints which are very few are addressed promptly. I definitely can't give any kind of negative review because there's nothing negative to say. CNAs Yesenia Martinez and April Holloway are my dad's guardian angels and ours as well. Those two girls are the most caring and compassionate CNAs I've ever seen. They go above and beyond to not only see to the residents needs but to the family's needs as well. Awesome girls and that's not an exaggeration.

Our family has our most precious senior member living at this facility. Royal Oaks is a cornerstone of this community. The nurses are amazing, very caring. The leadership is always available. The place is clean, good food, endless activities. Thank you for everything you all do everyday.
When I realized that my mom had to go to a nursing home, I felt like throwing up! I worked in the medical field for many years until I retired 13 years ago due to disability. I remember seeing patients come to the hospital from nursing homes in terrible conditions. This place, Royal Oak, is nothing like what I expected. The staff is amazing and caring. The facility is clean. The food is great. I have no complaints whatsoever! Our nurses (Decere)are knowledgeable about caring for the elderly in every stage of aging! The CNA’s (DeShaun) truly are the best I have ever seen.
Royal Oaks is a beautiful facility inside and out. It is clean and smells wonderful, unlike other places we have been. When my mother arrived at Royal Oaks she was greeted with an amazing team helping her get settled and assessing her needs. . The staff are truly caring and loving people. We feel content and blessed to be here. Thank you all for giving us a safe and caring place for Mom to recuperate 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
We reached out to Royal Oaks to rescue our Mom, who was brought from the hospital to a facility we didn't want or trust. The staff was gracious and quick to move her to their facility. We were met with a team to set her up. Every moment has been wonderful since our arrival. She is safe, well cared for, fantastic therapist, nurses, cnas. We can sleep at night knowing shes well cared for day and night.
