My Father was in the facility for many months. My father was a diabetic and needed to eat at certain times during the day to keep his sugar regulated. Many meals came way past the times he needed to eat making his sugar levels at dangerous levels. on one incident, I went to visit my father and I was told that the mini college sized fridge needed to be shared between himself and another patient. Leaving no room for any of my fathers homemade meals. On another visit, my father was not fed breakfast until 9:30 am and was food from Dunkin Donuts (not following the diabetic diet. I was not going to write a review but decided that people need to know that she is only in it for the money (she has refused to send a yearly statement to us). She made my father write checks directly to her and I was told she asked for money on the side. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN HER CARE!!!

After 2 months there we had an incident where we had made plans to pick up mom between 12- 1pm and we received a call at 10:30am saying we were to meet her 50 miles away from the facility. Our family was not happy they moved her from the agreed upon meeting place the morning of our get together. The next morning when her brother called he could not get ahold of her or any staff to find out where she was. It turns out they had taken her on an excursion, but they didn't tell us or give anyone a courtesy call. They chalk it up to a misunderstanding, they are good people, but I am really sorry this all happened and messed up our plans. We are currently searching with our APFM Rep Mercedes for a better fit for mom's needs, Mercedes help has been 5 star.
