Our family just spent this past Friday joining our brother, who is a resident at Providence Living, for their Tropical Family Nights. It was our first time attending one of their events, and we were so very impressed with the quality. From the entertainment, to the food, and to the caring participation of the entire staff and administrators, all was first rate. Family members and residents were treated to a wonderful evening of music, dancing, dinner, and fun! My brother has been a resident now for 3 months, and we are overjoyed with the compassionate care he receives, the activities that he participates in, and the first rate culinary experience. The facility is spotless and you can immediately see that the staff and administration take great pride in working with the many residents. Thank you Providence Living at Pembroke Pines!
This facility is absolutely stunning and the staff are all amazing especially Farrah. She made sure to answer all of my questions in detail and provided helpful information that allowed me to finalize my decision. She is absolutely delightful to work with and made this experience one to remember. Her genuine care, patience, and reliability made it easy for me to feel comfortable with leaving my grandmother in their care. Thank you for being amazing!

Providence ALF is definitely one of the nicer assisted living communities in the area. The staff is attentive, the community is well maintained, and the quality of the food is evident. One moment that really stood out during my tour was watching the chef notice that a resident was about to leave without eating. He politely excused himself, checked in with the resident, and offered to make her a sandwich to ensure she didn’t go without a meal. She was genuinely appreciative of the gesture. As a visitor, that level of attention to detail left a lasting impression. It’s those small, compassionate moments that speak volumes about the culture of the community and the dedication of the staff.

Don’t be filled by the glamorous look of this place! This place only cares about money! They can careless about your loved ones! My dad was not there for less than 21 days before he passed away and their care! Their lack of care, lack of attention, and lack of humanity is unreal. The director Jerry, head nurse Sheri, and the admissions Farria, are only interested in bring money into this establishment. other phone that they promised me was a total lie! All these people did was put my dad in the grave quicker! If you love and cherish your loved ones, do not send them to this dump of a place!

Beautiful place but horrible care
This place is absolutely amazing for anyone looking for a head start in the caregiver industry, also. Great place for anyone looking to seek care from a professional aide I would highly recommend
I am a new resident at Douglas Garden Senior & Living; and you can trust on their reliability. This is my first experience, renting in a place that accommodates to all your needs, they are honest and operate with integrity. The atmosphere here feels different, I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe place to live. The staff are professionals whom are fluent in English, Spanish and are certified and experienced company who ensures the property is kept within the highest standards and respect of all the employees you come across. As a woman, it can be difficult to find people who are reliable, kind and professional. I’m very proud to say: “I love my community!” And it’s affordable too.
