Exceptional care beyond words to described the care my mother Cresencia V . Room 205 received 21 days rehab after fractured hip surgery . Nursing staff Sofia Asst Director welcomed us and takes care of important issues in regards to my mother medication Martha RN admitting nurse experienced RN took charge with a breeze Sarah night nurse Lorraine RN loving caring seasoned nurse Willie RN Olga RN Deena RN exceptional nurses ! Nurses aide Donna ,Marie D , Tomeka ,Galine Secretaries PT Liliana Wayne Aurora OT Jose comes to say hello with mom every breakfast ! Have the best personalized care with him .They worked so much to get my 98 years old mom functional and work out everyday and walk again ! To Jacklyn who took charge and everyday comes to do speech swallowing therapy for my mon ,she’s eating with Gusto because of her ! Doctor Ericson pain management was there right in time Dr Dumuiz Prinary group Eileen PA

This SNF is the best! As a 40 year nursing veteran I was impressed with the Memorial Manor from day one. I was admitted on a Saturday night and Sunday morning I was evaluated by Jose from OT as to what I could do on admission and then a psychologist talked with me and even gave me his pen to fill out my menu. When they care for you at Memorial Manor you get the whole package! The RNs and PCAs are great and caring. The rooms are nice and there are no unpleasant smells. I can’t say enough about physical therapy and occupational therapy. Kathy and Monica in PT are so knowledgeable and Jose and Diana in OT as well. You can tell they have been doing this a long time and have lots of experience and care about their patients. Marcia and her crew provide daily activities including music and performers with sweet treats. Also there is a very nice place outside by a pond with turtles, ducks and iguanas with seats under a thatched cover that catches the breeze. Today I ‘m at a music and singer event and ice cream social. The other thing that impressed me is there is a lot of laughter and singing by the staff especially during shift changes and therapy making it a happy place that raises your spirits. Claudia a sweetheart the therapy transporter said it so well. Memorial Manor is the place to go to get home ! ‘

Everyone treated me very nice. The food was excellent. The activities kept me occupied. No complaints about the Manor

Me Memorial matter took good care of my sister-in-law Ann They were very helpful. The room is always clean and if I had any problems, they listened and they help solve it. Very nice place.

My stay at Memorial Manor has been great. From the staff to the food to the care I have no complaints. Memorial Manor was a great experience while I needed rehab.
