Even though we were there EVERY DAY and asked continuously what was wrong with her, and suggested that it was a UTI in our opinions, they allowed her to become dehydrated, her blood sugar to get wildly out of control. She then got so bad that they sent her by ambulance to the hospital where she DIED. She was suffering sepsis from the UTI. The amount of negligence it took for this to happen is astounding. Florida is horrible about protecting patients, you can't even sue a hospital for allowing your loved one to die through negligence and…

My 52 year old sister was sent here from the hospital. Even though we were there EVERY DAY and asked continuously what was wrong with her, and suggested that it was a UTI in our opinions, they allowed her to become dehydrated, her blood sugar to get wildly out of control. She then got so bad that they sent her by ambulance to the hospital where she DIED. She was suffering sepsis from the UTI. The amount of negligence it took for this to happen is astounding. Florida is horrible about protecting patients, you can't even sue a hospital for allowing your loved one to die through negligence and there is a movement to create a law to make it impossible to do anything about mistreatment at nursing homes like this, too. I no longer have my sister because this place let her get so sick that she could not be saved. And to get to my sister, I passed the room of a man alone and still in a bed every single time I went up or down the hall and not even one time did I see anybody in that room, except for when HE was taken away by ambulance a day or two before my sister was. DO NOT GO HERE. It looks nice, but they don't listen to your concerns and it will get your loved one killed to be ignored like this.
If the aid comes back and tells you she is tired of all (?) her complaints, makes you wonder! And she still didn't do her job!

worse place to put your love one. place is filthy. they will let your love one lay in bed to get bedsores. my brother is on life support as i speak. He went to hospital with sepsis, uti, pneumonia. I had no idea how much they neglected him.
My husband in there all about money they make in a dossier in me to take over my husband stuff called police for telling me you husband doesn’t want to see this a lie please do not put your family in there

I have had not only my best friend in this Rehabilitation facility but I have not another best friend that was in the same facility it is wonderful the people were great the food is delicious and I would recommend the facility to anybody who needs Rehabilitation of any kind
