Path of Life of Lake Worth

This is a very nice facility. The staff and management are very compassionate, caring and professional.

My father, Ron Breslow was transferred to Path of Life (POL) from the memory section of a larger nearby facility. The original new and fancier facility he was placed in was sadly only appropriate for him for a couple of months. In other words, it worked until it didn't. They did not want him there any longer which I initially found shocking. Upon reflection, it was really just a business decision for them since they were new and my father wasn't well enough to look the part of "good" Alzheimer's patient. Sad! Once he arrived at POL they actually changed up his medication rather drastically and he improved quite a bit. It turned out he was being over medicated at the original place to keep him calm and in check. With excellent individual care he improved (within realistic parameters) quite a bit for someone in the late and very final stages of Alzheimer's disease. They kept him as busy or relaxed as needed. The cared for him honestly and beautifully. Prior to Covid-19 I visited several times. Sometimes announced sometimes spontaneously. He was always clean and content. He looked so much better. Best yet, when he was able to eat solid food he had what appeared to be quite delicious cuisine, something he loved during the healthier times of his life. All in, Jessica and her consistent loving crew at POL were terrific and I am forever grateful to them. Even during his Hospice passing at POL they were so sweet and helpful. Top notch place... If you are on the fence about a small, proactive but out of the box place look no further. When it's my time, I would want to be part of this family when my own is no longer practical. My mom has been living at Path of Life for 7 years now. She loves the staff and the staff loves her. This is the only place she has been happy! The staff is wonderful, she is sincerely treated like family and the care is beyond excellent! Jessica the administrator /owner is always on top of any issue or concern and is a phone call or text away. I know my mom is in good hands and I never have to worry about her care. They are family!

Path Of Life took exceptional care of my Husband Ron for the year and a half that he spent there. He was always immaculate and happy in his surroundings. The staff was truly amazing. They had infinite patience and made sure that Ron ate well and interacted with him all day. I cannot recommend Path Of Life more highly and feel we were very fortunate to have my husband there until his final days. Jessica and the staff became my extended family during this difficult time.

My friend moved into Path of Life after having a stroke in November. Now she is the happiest I’ve seen her in a very long time! The staff care for her and engage her in dancing, painting her nails, and socializing. It is such a family atmosphere and I’m so thankful that we found Jessica and the Path of Life!
