My sister lives in The Arbor assisted-living. It’s a beautiful facility and my sister is very happy living there. I want to especially compliment Jeffrey, who has gone out of his way to make sure that my sister is receiving excellent care. He has been of extreme assistance at all times I have reached out to him. His communication skills are excellent, his availability is unparalleled and his compassion is very much appreciated.
The Arbor Memory Care Center took wonderful care of my mother for last 4 years. They have a facility that is clean and conducive to caring for the ever changing dementia patient. The full day activities, games, physical therapy, music therapy, and crafts kept my mom engaged and active as her dementia progressed. I was there often and was able to join these activites and see first hand how the residents were taken care of. The Arbor Memory Care Center took wonderful care of my mother for last 4 years. They have a facility that is clean and conducive to caring for the ever changing dementia patient. The full day activities, games, physical therapy, music therapy, and crafts kept my mom engaged and active as her dementia progressed. I was there often and was able to join these activites and see first hand how the residents were taken care of. The staff has always been great-loving, caring, attentive and open to any suggestions or to answer any questions. Alison and her entire staff were like our family for 4 years and I could never thank them enough!!

I absolutely love this place. It is one of the few facilities with enough staff to effectively meet the needs of both residents and visitors. I am most familiar with the memory care unit, though I also know the assisted living and independent living sides, and the level of care throughout is truly exceptional. The residents are treated with compassion, respect, and like members of a family. If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend this community. Jeffrey, Allison, Kiesha, the list go’s on this staff is amazing and make the living experience here even better.
The community looks amazing after the renovations! It’s always been clean and well maintained, but now looks totally new. Everyone walks around smiling and the staff are so kind. My uncle absolutely loves living here, and we couldn’t be happier with all the amenities and activities available for him. Great place to call home!
The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. Not just the sales team(who are awesome) but the dining room staff and everyone else. The numerous and diversified activities offered every day are what sold us on The Arbor. They cover physical exercise classes, music, lectures, games, hobbies, movies, spiritual, art, the list goes on and on. We were hesitant to place my 83 year old mother there, because she has a beautiful home and is physically independent. She just needed a little extra help and a lot of stimulation which she was unable to receive once she stopped driving. She is thriving in her new residence, and for the first time in over a year she is too busy to talk to me on the phone, lol. I really feel like The Arbor was the blessing we weren't sure that we needed, but now we are extremely grateful for.
The place was magnificen! scenery brought fulfillment and honestly feels like “Home”! It was clean and Everyone cares genuinely.. especially Mike
The Arbor is a fantastic place to live. My clients appreciate the spacious apartments and excellent amenities. Jim Englert in Maintenance is truly exceptional; he consistently surpasses expectations to meet residents' needs and has assisted me in the building multiple times. He is a valuable member of your team. His practical solutions and thorough knowledge of his work make him an asset to The Arbor.
